Spanish Tutoring for 1st Grade

Hi! My name is Jade Krystel and I am excited to start this learning journey with you! With seven years of teaching under my belt, I've had the joy of working with learners from 1st to 9th grade in Mexico. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, and my passion for teaching has only grown throughout my adventures in the classroom. To make online learning fun and engaging, I love using interactive activities, games, and visuals. Real-life examples bring lessons to life, and I always encourage kids to participate and share their ideas in a relaxed and supportive environment. Learning should feel like a fun adventure, not a chore! I set clear objectives and adapt my lessons to fit each learner’s needs, all while making sure they understand and enjoy the process. Outside of teaching, I enjoy diving into a good book, listening to music, and spending quality time with my pets. Hello! My name is Stephanie and I am super excited to embark on this adventure with you and your child. I have been an elementary teacher for 10 years. Prior to having my own classroom as a teacher, I worked as a student teacher, teacher assistant and paraprofessional for about 7 years. My experience various from grades K-6. I have always wanted to teach and my passion has only grown throughout the years. With that being said, I have continued to nurture my craft by obtaining my Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with a minor in Childhood Education and Math and a Reading and ESOL endorsement. With my credentials, I have continued to push inside and outside the classroom. I have been privately tutoring for over 9 years. I love to work one on one with students, helping them build their confidence and knowledge, while involving the parent. I ensure that our activities are engaging and fun. I have 27 years of experience in education, 15 of those years teaching in the classroom and 8 years administration as a principal and district leader. I accomplished my doctorate degree in education and have been an advocate for all students to have the best possible education. I am a passionate educator who enjoys seeing the next generation get excited about learning. I love sports and coached volleyball for 14 years. I watch football every Sunday and when there is no football to watch I go camping and ride my atv. I have 2 cats and enjoy going outdoors. With a combined 6 years of teaching experience, I have had the pleasure of working with learners from TK to 8th grade in various subjects such as math, ELA, ELD, science, and history. I am currently located in California, where I have been an Instructional Aide for 6 years and a substitute teacher for 2 years. In addition to my hands-on teaching expertise, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies.

Hi! My name is Ms. Meli, and I am excited to start this learning journey with you! With five joyful years of teaching under my belt, I have had the pleasure of working with learners in kindergarten and third grade, as well as tutoring kids in grades K through 5. I’ve taught all subjects from reading and writing to math and science in both English and Spanish, which adds a fun bilingual twist to our lessons! I’m located in sunny Texas, where the learning never stops! I love making online learning an adventure! By turning lessons into games, incorporating hands-on activities, and sprinkling in some humor, I create an engaging atmosphere where curiosity thrives. I believe in a structured approach and use interactive tools, visuals, and frequent check-ins to keep our sessions lively and effective. I am a certified science teacher with degrees in Biology, Health & Society and Secondary Education from the University of Michigan, along with a Teaching Certificate in Integrated Science. I have been tutoring since high school and have classroom experience teaching middle school and highschool science, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of how students learn and what they need to feel confident and supported. Originally from South America, I am bilingual in Spanish and English and value bringing a multicultural perspective into my work. In addition to science, I also tutor math, Spanish, and test preparation for students from elementary school through college.
