Hello! I am Ms. T. I have worked as an educator in public schools for 9 years. I have a master's degree in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology and a bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education. Education is my passion and I love seeing my students grow! I have been in the classroom teaching kindergarten through second grade. I have years of experience executing virtual lessons and collecting performance data to make data-driven decisions for lessons. I have also worked with a large amount of multilingual students and understand how to scaffold up grade level materials to help my students access their curriculum. I love connecting with students, motivating them intrinsically, and fostering their natural curiosity!

Fun fact: My birthday is on Valentine's Day and I've always celebrated with red hearts and lots of chocolate!

I have been teaching for 27 years and have experience with all subjects for 1st and 2nd graders, as well as middle school elective and reading intervention. My love for teaching has taken me to different regions, and I am currently located in Arizona. I hold a B.A. in Teaching K-8 and have certifications in Early Childhood Education and an SEI Endorsement. Hello! My name is Lauren and I am excited to start this learning journey with you! I have been teaching for 13 years, specializing in Kindergarten. I truly enjoy helping young learners grow. My qualifications include Early Childhood Elementary Pre-K-3rd and Elementary Education K-6. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy life with my husband, our two daughters (ages 3 and 12), and our sweet dog. I’m an avid reader, and I love getting outside for walks whenever I can. I have been teaching for 2 years and have experience teaching 3rd grade ELAR, Science, and Math, as well as 5th grade Math. My teaching experience has been in Texas, where I have been able to connect with learners and families from diverse backgrounds. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Arizona State University. I am finishing my teaching certification for EC-6 this month! My personal interests outside of teaching include working out, spending time with family and friends, and going to the park with my dog. These interests heavily influence my teaching style as I believe in using my learners' interests to drive the lesson and make it engaging for them. I am starting my 4th year teaching and specialize in working with learners in Kindergarten through 5th grade as a Special Education teacher. I hold a BA in Psychology and an MS in School Counseling, which have equipped me with the ability to understand and support my learners' diverse needs.
