You're welcome to call me Miss Kelly. With three years of experience teaching kids in Kindergarten through 3rd grade Math, Reading, Writing, and Science, as well as 4th through 8th grade Reading and Writing, I have had the joy of virtually connecting with learners all over the United States.

Hi my name is Ms. Cross and I am excited to start this learning journey with you! I have been teaching for more than 7 years and have found my true passion in working with young learners, particularly in grades 1 and 2. I have taught all subjects, from math to social studies, and have developed a fun and engaging teaching style that allows students to thrive and enjoy the learning process. I have had the pleasure of teaching in New Jersey, where I have not only met amazing students and families, but have also grown both personally and professionally. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and hold a Standard Teaching Certificate, which allows me to confidently teach a diverse group of learners. My main goal is to create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed and reach their full potential. Outside of teaching, I love spending time in nature and have a passion for collecting plants. I believe my love for the outdoors allows me to bring a fresh and creative perspective to my teaching. I strive to make online learning as fun and engaging as possible by incorporating interactive lessons and always bringing a happy and positive energy to each session. I also use effective strategies, such as interactive assessments and teacher observation, to ensure that each lesson is not only enjoyable but also effective for my learners. Hi, my name is Laura and I am looking forward to our new learning adventure! My 17 years of teaching Pre-K through first grade gives me an in depth knowledge of our essential standards skills and strategies to assist a diverse group of students in reaching their goals. I hold a Bachelors of Science in biology, and certifications for EC-4, Gifted & Talented and TEA Science of Reading Academy. Knowledge and experience gained through my studies and experience in the general ed and accelerated classrooms, I use student data to provide differentiated and engaging lessons for all learners. I believe online learning should be fun and productive through the use of games and interactive resources. I love to personalize lessons by incorporating my learner's interests into our lessons and working to form strong relationships in order to build a love for learning. Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, crafts, and spending time with family and friends. My rescue cat Tabby keeps us entertained with her playful antics and is even learning to play fetch! I have a passion for literacy which fuels my continuing education so I can impart these skills to my students and grow their passion for reading. My journey in education started with my Bachelor's in Integrated Elementary Education with an emphasis in English Language and Development. Now, I'm diving deeper into the world of education with my Masters of Science in Curriculum and Instruction. I’ve taught preschool and first-grade, and now I am back to teaching Kindergarten! I’ve also tutored with a variety of families of students of all ages and subjects. I am in my 9th year of teaching. I love spending time with my family. Some of our hobbies are fishing, camping, and hiking. Some of my personal hobbies are reading, sewing, and baking.

Hi! I’m Mrs. Tardiff, and I’m so excited to get to know you! I’m passionate about helping students learn, grow, and discover their strengths. I teach third grade and I’m also married to a fellow teacher, and together we share a love for education and inspiring others. We have three wonderful daughters who keep us busy and bring so much joy to our lives. When I’m not in the classroom, you can usually find me playing volleyball, reading a good book, or camping with family and friends. I believe in creating a classroom where every student feels welcomed, valued, and encouraged to do their best. I can’t wait to make learning fun and meaningful for all of my students this year!
