I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong background in early childhood and elementary education. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (2020), a Master’s degree in Teaching (2022), and an Education Specialist degree in Psychometry. I am certified in Pre-K–Kindergarten, Elementary Education (Grades 4–6), Mild to Moderate Disabilities, and Psychometry. I truly enjoy supporting students academically while building their confidence and love for learning in a safe, nurturing virtual environment.

With over 26 years of teaching experience, I am passionate about making learning enjoyable and effective for all ages. My love for music and education has led me to teach Music K-12 in Colorado and California, and I hold a Bachelor of Music degree and a Single Subject Credential. My education in English language development allows me to provide support to learners from diverse backgrounds. My teaching style is individualized, focusing on the interests and needs of each learner. Outside of teaching, I love being a mom, performing, cooking, and of course, making music! These interests inspire my approach to all subjects, and I am always looking for creative ways to make learning fun and engaging for my students. In my online sessions, I use continuous check-ins to ensure that learning is effective and personalized for each student. I believe that building a strong relationship with my learners and their families is key to successful online learning. Hi! My name is Charnetta, and I’m so excited to start this learning journey with you! I have been teaching for over 19 years and have a true passion for working with young learners. I’ve taught Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade in beautiful, sunny Florida, and I love helping children build a strong foundation in reading, language arts, math, and science. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Pre-K to 3rd Grade Education, as well as master’s degrees in Reading Instruction and Educational Leadership. I’m also certified in ESL and hold a Reading Endorsement. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy traveling, shopping, crafting, and taking relaxing walks on the beach. I’m really looking forward to meeting your child and helping them grow as a learner!

Hi, I’m Ms. Jeannie! I’m a certified special education teacher with 8 years of experience supporting young learners with a wide range of needs. My tutoring sessions are structured, engaging, and personalized to help students build confidence, strengthen skills, and enjoy learning in a supportive environment. I currently teach Kindergarten through 2nd grade in a self-contained special education classroom serving students with medical and high support needs. Outside of teaching, I enjoy staying active and creative. I’ve coached soccer, served as a youth group leader for outdoor activities, and love swimming, painting, and spending time outdoors. Some of my favorite memories involve campfires, making s’mores, and camping under the stars. At home, I have three betta fish, three bearded dragons, and two dogs — and if I had more space, I’d absolutely have chickens and ducks too! I love researching and learning new things, which is probably why I became a teacher. That curiosity helps me continually grow and find new ways to support the students I work with.

I love to take walks with my dog and work in my garden. I read in my free time and I love to travel.

I have 36 years of experience teaching Kindergarten through 4th grade ELA and Math in Oklahoma. My passion for teaching and creating a positive learning environment has only grown stronger over the years. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and am a certified teacher in the state of Oklahoma. My goal as a tutor is to help learners reach their full potential and instill a love for learning in each and every one of them. Through my years of experience, I have found that the key to successful online learning is making it fun and engaging. That's why I love incorporating games and student interests into my lessons. Not only does it make learning more enjoyable, but it also helps keep learners motivated and eager to participate. Additionally, I use clear visuals, engaging pictures, and provide easy-to-follow instructions and explanations to ensure that online learning is effective for all learners. Outside of teaching, I enjoy exercising, cooking, and spending quality time with my children. These interests and hobbies have greatly influenced my teaching style and methodology.
