With two years of teaching under my belt, I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to work with kids from 1-year-olds up to 6th grade in beautiful Valencia, Spain. I believe that every child has a unique spark, and I’m here to help them shine!

Greetings! I'm a mom of three daughters, I am a family member and friend. I love education, and educating our future generation of leaders. I love to have fun, watch good movies, and put my all into all aspects of life!

Hi there! My name is Ms. Alvarez, and I am so excited to meet you and your child! I am a licensed teacher from Colorado, and I hold credentials in Elementary Education (K-6), Special Education (K-12), and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Teaching (CLD). I am so passionate about learning and supporting my students in achieving growth and building self-efficacy. I have experience as a classroom teacher, a resource teacher, a substitute teacher, and an online teacher. When I'm not teaching, you might find me reading, cooking, traveling, or re-watching my favorite TV shows!

With 12 years of teaching experience, I have had the pleasure of working with learners in grades K-12. I have taught in various settings, including classroom teaching for grades 3-5, Title I for grades K-5, and tutoring for general elementary and middle/high school ELA. My experiences have allowed me to teach in both New Hampshire and Vermont, and have given me a diverse perspective on education. I hold a degree in Elementary Education and History, and have previously held elementary teaching certifications in both New Hampshire and Vermont. To ensure effective online learning, I believe in making it fun and engaging for my students. I use games and programs like Prodigy to keep learners excited and motivated. I also focus on each child's individual progress and strengths, rather than comparing them to others. Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, creative writing, and crafting. These interests not only help me connect with students, but also allow me to recommend books and make learning writing more fun. I can't wait to get to know your family and work with your kids! Hello! I am Miss Sharon and I am a late bloomer. I went back to college in my mid 40’s to be what I always wanted to be - a teacher! I love working with children and adults and helping them to understand what they question. I love travel and believe that by getting to know about people in other parts of the world, we open ourselves to learning. Let’s learn together!

I have 10 years of teaching experience and have taught a variety of grades and subjects, including 3rd grade all subjects, 8th grade math, and 7th and 8th grade ELA. I have taught in NYC and Michigan and have a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education with a focus on 6-8 Math and Language Arts, as well as a Masters of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Leadership. I also hold a Standard Teaching Certificate and have 6-8 endorsements in Math and Language Arts.

Hi! My name is Julia, and I have been teaching elementary school for 7 years. I live in Richmond, Virginia with my Husband, 1 year old daughter, and our dog and cat. When I am not teaching, I love to go to parks, read, and craft.

As an educator with 19 years of classroom experience, I believe every student can succeed with the right support. I focus on creating a positive, encouraging environment to help students develop critical thinking skills and build the confidence they need to become independent, lifelong learners. I’ve had the privilege of teaching Kindergarten as well as grades 3 through 6. I’ve also tutored students from Kindergarten through college, helping learners of all ages grow in their abilities, find joy in learning, and reach their full potential through patient, personalized instruction.
